Our winders are fitted with ultra-quiet Japanese Mabuchi motors that reproduce the natural motion of the wrist, keeping your watch wound and ready to wear. They are programmable with several rotation modes to suit the specific requirements of different movements.
3. Which watches are compatible with your winders?
Our winders are compatible with the great majority of automatic watches, whatever the brand. Thanks to their adjustable rotation settings — direction and turns per day — they can be matched to the winding requirements of almost any automatic movement. Our cushions adapt to strap sizes from roughly 35 to 62 mm.

7. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer free tracked shipping on every order, with delivery in 6–10 business days. Orders placed Monday through Thursday are dispatched the next day; orders placed Friday through Sunday, or on public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
All duties and import taxes are paid in advance. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — you will never receive a customs bill on delivery.
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
9. How long is the warranty on your products?
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If your product develops a fault covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
